Following this year’s American Society of Hematology (ASH) annual meeting, which took place from December 6 through December 9, 2008 in San Francisco, California, we have created the following report. This report will provide summaries of conclusions from selected ASH events and a list with links to all ASH data events included in BioMedTracker. There were two main themes we took away from the meeting: 1) how to best treat CLL after the disease advances past the watchful waiting period and requires treatment and 2) what is the best first-line treatment strategy in multiple myeloma.
