The 2010 American Society of Clinical Oncology annual meeting once again featured compelling data from several different hard to treat oncology settings, including melanoma and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Perhaps the most noteworthy aspect of this year's conference was the vast amount of biomarker data being generated and analyzed for improvements in targeted drug therapy. This was most noticeable in NSCLC, which is now essentially considered several different sets of disease. We have also included a comprehensive list of oral and poster presentations that were added from the meeting.
