2015 AML Infographic - BioMedTracker
March 31, 2015
Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML, or Acute Myeloid Leukemia) is a blood cancer that affects primarily older adults and is associated with
significant mortality. Patients with other blood malignancies or pre-malignancies, such as Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS), or patients
who previously received cytotoxic treatments, commonly develop secondary AML that responds poorly to currently available treatments. In
this one-page infographic, we provide a general overview of the AML pipeline landscape.
