Datamonitor Healthcare CNS: Eating Disorders Market Spotlight

January 11, 2024

An eating disorder is a complex and often fatal illness that affects a person’s eating habits. Obsessions with food, body weight, and shape may indicate the presence of an eating disorder. Teenage girls or young women are at a higher risk of developing such disorders than teenage boys and young men; however, both females and males can also be affected during their childhood or in later life. Certain markers such as biological, social, genetic, behavioral, and psychological factors may also increase the risk of developing an eating disorder.

This Datamonitor Healthcare report contains a Market Spotlight module.
