The French KOL, seeing mostly refractory patients, uses csDMARDs for peripheral disease, anti-TNF biosimilars first line, IL-17 inhibitors second, and JAK inhibitors third or fourth line. The KOL favors Taltz over a disappointing Cosentyx, awaits real-world Bimzelx experience, and prefers anti-TNFs for axial disease. The interview closes with emerging options, including TYK2 inhibitors moving to second line and replacing half of JAK use, with biomarkers for first-biologic selection the key unmet need.
