A Europe-based KOL discusses the current therapeutic landscape in gastric cancer, with a focus on the differential reimbursement landscape in Spain compared with other European countries and its impact on treatment choices across lines of therapy. Pipeline agents, including HER2-directed, CLDN18.2-directed, and TROP2-directed therapies, were also assessed alongside the role of emerging bispecific antibodies and unmet needs in the refractory setting.
