Hemophilia KOL Interview - US, West

This interview with a US-based key opinion leader (KOL) provides insights into the evolving disease landscape for hemophilia A and B, and Von Willebrand disease (VWD). The discussion includes the prescribing of key current therapeutic options and recently approved agents, including the siRNA agent Qfitlia (fitusiran) from Sanofi, and tissue factor pathway inhibitors (TFPIs) Alhemo (concizumab) and Hympavzi (marstacimab) from Novo Nordisk and Pfizer, respectively. The KOL also provides views on pipeline drug candidates, including the next-generation bispecific antibody agents, Novo Nordisk’s Frehemgo (denecimig; Mim8) and Roche’s zemocimig (NXT007)for hemophilia A, as well as VGA039, a monoclonal antibody that modulates Protein S, in development for VWD with Incyte (previously Star Therapeutics).
